I have been a patient of Doctor Nawaz since 2013. When I had my back surgery, she came to the hospital to see if I was ok. That showed me how much she is interested in her patients' well-being. Doctor Nawaz has such a huge a caring heart also she has an amazing staff. Today was my first day at her new location.

Over the past few years, I have observed Dr. Nawaz with patients having special needs. In fact, at my first appointment, I observed a very calm and respectful interaction. As a retired SpEd teacher of 32 years who worked with children on the Autism spectrum of various ages, I recognize it is important to help those who are willing but without knowledge, learn how that individual best responds to new and/or stressful interactions. Dr. Nawaz, like many, needed direction. I'm sure it is exhausting, but educating them helps everyone. She is not judgmental, willing to learn, and very calm, as well as an excellent physician.

Dr. Nawaz takes her time with you, explains options for care and answers questions thoroughly. She has a gentle way of explaining why you need to follow certain medical protocol which is quite helpful! I highly recommend her!
